Cheese with mold began to be consumed more than 4000 years ago and do not need to be afraid of this soft delicacy. Not all molds are useful, only three kinds of mold are used for food: white, which is often in the form of a soft crust, for example, Camembert or Bree, red on Munster or Livaro and blue or noble, which occurs in Dor Blue, Gorgonzola, other cheeses of this family.
