Morbach and pear

Directions:

Peel pears and cut them into small slices.

Cut Morbach into thin slices and wrap them over pears, cementing with a bamboo stick.

Pattern the rolls with verbena leaves or mint and voila - it is something incredible!

Invite your guests and serve with chilled apricot juice!
