1. General Provisions

1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "CHEESE KINGDOM UKRAINE" (EDRPOU code 45034333, address: Ukraine, 03022, Kyiv, Chuchupakiv Brativ Street, building 9) (hereinafter referred to as the Company) may obtain about the user (hereinafter referred to as the User) when placing an order, purchasing products and using the resource owned by the Company, namely https://cheesekingdom.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1.2 By using the Site, placing an order, purchasing products, the User consents to the use of his personal data that he enters on the Company's Site for the provision of services offered on the Site. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Site, ordering, purchasing products.

1.3 The Privacy Policy applies only to the Site, does not regulate third-party sites to which the User can go via links available on the Site.

1.4 This Privacy Policy establishes the features of the Company's data processing when the User uses the Site, places an order, purchases products.

1.5 The processing of personal data collected and processed on this Site includes the terms of the CHEESE BONUSES Loyalty Program, a participant of which the User automatically becomes by registering on the Site, ordering, purchasing products.

1.6 The User agrees to perform without restrictions any actions related to the processing of personal data for the purpose and under the conditions specified in this Privacy Policy,

2. Personal data of Users received and processed by the Company

Within the framework of this Privacy Policy, the User's personal data are:

2.1 Personal data that the User provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account), in the process of using the Site, ordering, purchasing products, including the User's personal data:

date of birth

information about orders and purchased goods

information about participation in the CHEESE BONUSES loyalty program, marketing programs and other personal or general promotions, events

2.2 Data that is automatically transmitted to the Company during the use of the Site by means of the software installed on the device, including cookie information, information about the User's device:

3. Purposes of collecting and processing personal data of Users

3.1 The Company collects and stores personal data that are necessary for the User to use the Site, order, purchase products, these data are processed for the purposes and methods specified in this Privacy Policy, except for cases where the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for the period specified by law.

3.2 The Company processes the personal data of Customers, including collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools, as well as through mixed processing for the following purposes:

sale by the Company and purchase by the User of products and conduct of other activities in accordance with the Company's charter and the legislation of Ukraine;

exercise of the rights of the Company and the User;

sending notifications to the User;

performance of other powers, functions, obligations of the Company that do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine and the content of the parties' relations;

establishing feedback with the User, including sending messages, requests related to the use of the Site, processing requests, applications, orders from the User;

providing the User with access to personalized resources;

sending advertising messages to the User, providing the User with personal offers;

analysis of data intended for the User, conducting statistical and other studies of the User's interaction with the Company.

4. Terms of processing of personal data of Users

4.1 Processing of personal data of Users is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

4.2 All personal data of the Clients shall be kept confidential and secure.

4.3 Without obtaining additional written consent and separate notification, the User grants the Company consent to distribute the User's personal data, transfer them to third parties, including outside Ukraine, to foreign entities, or provide access to them to third parties, in particular:

to ensure that third parties perform their functions or the User sells and purchases the Company's products, as well as to the Company's partners;

when grounds arise for transfer to third parties, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;

to personal data managers;

to persons providing the Company with services for organizing postal items, telephone calls, messages;

to persons providing the Company with services for storing information, creating and storing electronic copies of information (archives, databases), as well as to persons providing services/ensuring other activities of the Company that do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine.

4.4 Subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, the User certifies that he has been duly and fully informed about the composition and content of the User's personal data collected by the Company, the purpose of collecting the User's personal data and the persons to whom the User's personal data is transferred.

4.5 The User grants the Company consent, at the Company's sole discretion (to its contractors) and without limitation, to call, send messages using the data provided by the User to the Company or obtained in any way in the process of selling products. The User is aware and agrees that the transfer and/or processing of the User's personal data may be carried out, in particular, using various means of communication, the Internet, as well as by third parties related to personal data. The Client is aware that information sent (transferred) in this way may become available to third parties, and releases the Company from any liability related to this.

5. Measures applied to protect the User's personal data

5.1 When processing personal data, the Company takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal information, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to the User's personal information regarding the processing of personal data of the Company and the Partner and the requirements of the legislation on personal data.

5.2 The processing of users' personal data is carried out on equipment located in secure premises with limited access by designated employees of the Company and only in accordance with their professional or labor duties.

6. Obligations of the Company and the User

6.1 The User is obliged to:

6.1.1 provide the Company with reliable personal information about the User and notify the Company of changes to his personal data no later than 10 business days from the date of their change.

6.2 The Company is obliged to:

6.2.1 use the received personal data of the User exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and the terms of the CHEESE BONUSES Loyalty Program

6.2.2 ensure the confidentiality of the User's personal data;

6.2.3 perform other duties stipulated by the Privacy Policy and the legislation of Ukraine.
