"Salina" Sauvignon Blanc, Jumillia DOP

        New Zealand-style dry white wine from Humilla (Murcia subregion), Spain. The grapes grow on limestone and rocky soils at 500-600 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully separated from the ridges and sorted. Fermentation takes place in steel tankers at controlled low temperatures, allowing the wine to retain its fresh, fruity taste and clean, floral-fruity aromas.

Color: straw yellow.

Aroma: The aroma intertwines notes of apples, honey, wild flowers and herbs topped with hints of vanilla.

Taste: harmonious acidity, floral-fruity taste and citrus aftertaste.

Gastronomy: seafood, fish and vegetable dishes. Suitable for cream cheeses with white mold, blue cheeses of medium spiciness and goat cheeses (young, aged, with lavender).

Recommended serving temperature is 6-8°C.
