Red dry wine Salina Garnacha, Jumilla DO

        A bright, fruity wine with spicy hints of Garnacha grapes from Jumilla (Murcia subregion), Spain. The producer's vineyards are 500-600 meters above sea level and the soils are stony-limestone. The grapes are harvested by hand and machine, then carefully sorted and separated from the ridges. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tankers at low temperatures, which are strictly controlled. 

Color: deep ruby color.

Aroma: A bright fruity berry aroma of ripe cherries and dark fruits.

Taste: well-balanced taste with rich notes of black berries, hints of spice and cinnamon, accentuated by a perfect acidity.

Gastronomy: Perfect with meat dishes. Suitable for the classic Goudes 12-18 months old, aged sheep and old goat cheeses.

Recommended serving temperature is 14-15°C.
